Coaching Services
In addition to the business services we offer, we also offer 1:1 coaching. Coaching can be pursued either by an individual or a business that wants to offer coaching as a development or retention benefit to employees.

Your coaching investment includes:

Two (2) 1:1 coaching sessions per month with a trained coach, each 30-45 minutes in length.

Complete confidentiality, as held by the ethics and standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Support from your coach between sessions via email or text.

Journals and exercises to explore and build toward achieving your goals.
