What is EverThrive Consulting?
EverThrive Consulting was born out of the idea that to grow, you need support. Our founder, Kate, believes that true partnership is the key to transitioning from just surviving to thriving, and that this applies both to individuals and companies. This philosophy means we don't act as your manager, your parent, your teacher, your boss, or the police department... we're your co-pilot. We're a small team of experienced people professionals who bring forward-thinking solutions to help you achieve your goals.
How much do your services cost?
Each situation is unique. We'll need to spend 30 minutes with you (what we refer to as an initial consultation - and yes, the consultation is free!) to understand what you're looking for so that we can give you the best pricing estimate for your investment.

Our business fee structure may be based on project completion, an hourly rate, or as an ongoing engagement/long-term partnership. We'll work with you to determine the specifics.

Our coaching services are based on whether you purchase a single session or as a bundle. (There is a nice discount to purchase sessions in advance!)
